Statute Text
Definitions.
As
used in this chapter, unless the context requires otherwise:
(1) Board means
the board of commissioners of the Port of Portland.
(2) Port means
The Port of Portland.
(3) Elector
means an elector residing in the port.
(4) Portland
metropolitan area means the Oregon portion of a metropolitan statistical area
as designated by the United States Office of Management and Budget with an
