Statute Text
Qualifications
of port commissioners.
(1) The board shall be composed of electors registered in the port.
(2) A person is
eligible for appointment as a commissioner of the port who at the time of the
appointment is a citizen of the United States and of the State of Oregon, and
who has for one year immediately preceding appointment resided within the port.
