Right to inspect records of export trading corporation; certain records exempt from disclosure. (1) Except as provided in subsection (2) of this section, the written records of an export trading corporation shall be public records available for inspection under ORS 192.311 to 192.478. (2) In addition to the exemptions set forth in ORS 192.338, 192.345 and 192.355, the following public records of an export trading corporation are exempt from disclosure: (a) Information consisting of financial, commercial, sales, production, cost or similar business records of a private concern or enterprise which is not otherwise required to be disclosed by state or federal law. (b) Trade secrets, as defined in ORS 192.345 (2). [1983 c.200 §14]
