Statute Text
Chief
executive officer of export trading corporation; appointment; removal.
(1) The board may appoint a chief
executive officer who shall be responsible for the administration of the
business affairs of an export trading corporation. The chief executive officer
shall perform such duties as the board may prescribe.
(2) The chief
executive officer shall hold office for an indefinite term and may be removed
from office only by the affirmative vote of a majority of the board. Removal of
a chief executive officer may be reconsidered by the board but is otherwise
final and not subject to appeal. [1983 c.200 §7]
