Remedies of holders of refunding bonds on default.
If there is a default in payment
of principal or interest of bonds issued pursuant to ORS 777.455, the holders
thereof shall be reinvested with and have all the remedies they would have had
if they were holding obligations refunded by the issuance of such bonds. [Amended
by 1971 c.728 §82]
