Consent of Department of State Lands for state lands.
The Department of State Lands is
authorized to consent to annexation with respect to any land owned by the State
of Oregon, under the jurisdiction of the department, which is located in the
territory proposed to be annexed. [1963 c.268 §12; 1971 c.727 §189]
