Statute Text
Agreements with federal agencies. The Oregon sponsors are each hereby authorized to enter into agreements with agencies of the United States for the channel deepening project and, notwithstanding any other provision of law, may each agree to be bound by any requirement imposed by an Act of the United States Congress as a condition of federal participation in the channel deepening project.
