Statute Text
Port
may collect certain fees from port users.
A port may collect from vessels using any port
facility, wharfage, dockage and drydockage; and collect from owners or
consignees of goods passing over the docks and warehouses, wharfage and storage
charges for goods so handled. [1971 c.728 §24 (enacted in lieu of 777.130)]
