Statute Text
Designation of position numbers for commissioners.
(1) Each office of commissioner of
the board of a port shall be designated by number as Position No. 1, Position
No. 2, and so forth.
(2) The secretary
of a port shall assign a position number to each office on the board. The
number so assigned shall be certified by the secretary to the commissioner in
office holding that position. The secretary shall file a copy of the
certification with the elections officer for the district. [1969 c.297 §2; 1971
