Statute Text
Refusing services of licensee; liability for pilotage fee. The master or person in charge of any vessel may refuse to accept the services of any particular licensee and shall call for another licensee, in which case the vessel and the owners, operators and agents of the vessel are liable only for the services of the licensee employed.
