Trainee license; qualifications; assignment for training; rules.
(1) No person shall be licensed as
a trainee under this chapter unless the person meets the experience and
educational requirements established by the Oregon Board of Maritime Pilots by
rule including provisions pursuant to a program to carry out ORS 243.305 and
