Definitions for ORS 759.585 to 759.595.
As used in ORS 759.585 to 759.595, unserved person
means a person:
(1) Who does not
have local exchange telecommunications service;
(2) Who is
applying for residential service or business service with five or fewer lines;
and
(3) Who, for the
initiation of such service, would be required to pay line extension charges. [1989
