and that is in effect on July 22, 2005; or
(b) The
acquisition comprises less than one percent of the total allocated territory of
the Portland General Electric Company or less than one-tenth of one percent of
the total retail customer load of the Portland General Electric Company at the
time of acquisition, whichever is greater. [2005 c.630 §1]
