Statute Text
Annual
audit of Oregon Community Power.
The board of directors of Oregon Community Power shall cause an independent
audit to be performed at least annually. The audit shall review and report on
the financial affairs of Oregon Community Power and on any other aspects of
Oregon Community Power as the board may direct. [2007 c.807 §25]
