Oregon
Community Power Utility Acquisition Fund.
(1) The Oregon Community Power Utility Acquisition
Fund is established in the State Treasury, separate and distinct from the
General Fund. Interest earned by the Oregon Community Power Utility Acquisition
Fund shall be credited to the Oregon Community Power Utility Acquisition Fund.
(2) Moneys in the
Oregon Community Power Utility Acquisition Fund are continuously appropriated
to the Public Utility Commission for the purpose of transferring moneys to an
acquisition review committee as described in ORS 757.855. [2007 c.807 §13]
