Electricity service supplier’s access to electric company’s distribution facilities. Every electricity service supplier is authorized to use the distribution facilities of an electric company on a nondiscriminatory basis after the retail electricity consumers of the electricity service supplier are afforded direct access pursuant to ORS 757.601. [1999 c.865 §7]
