Statute Text
Oath
of office.
Before
entering upon the duties of office, each commissioner shall take and subscribe
to an oath or affirmation to support the Constitution of the United States and
of this state, and to faithfully and honestly discharge the duties of office.
The oath shall be filed with the Secretary of State. [1971 c.655 §3; 1985 c.834
