Statute Text
Paying providing attorney contingent on claims experience prohibited. Compensation paid to a providing attorney shall not be contingent on claims experience. This section does not prevent the compensation of a providing attorney from being based on membership fees collected or the number of claims paid or processed, nor does it prevent a providing attorney from sharing in a fund based on services performed. [1989 c.331 §15]
