Statute Text
Duration of certificate; renewal; fee.
(1) A certificate of registration of a legal expense organization is effective
for one year from the date of issue.
(2) A legal
expense organization may renew its certificate of registration by paying the
applicable fee established by the Director of the Department of Consumer and
