Statute Text
Issuance of certificate of registration. (1) If the Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services determines that an applicant has satisfied all requirements of ORS 750.535 and 750.545, the director shall issue the certificate of registration to the applicant. (2) If the director denies a registration application, the director shall so inform the applicant, stating the grounds for the denial. [1989 c.331 §7]
