Statute Text
Requirement for multiple employer welfare arrangement to become traditional
insurer.
A trust
carrying out a multiple employer welfare arrangement shall not provide coverage
to more than 20,000 lives unless the trust first obtains a certificate of
authority as an insurer in this state. [1993 c.615 §23]
