Statute Text
Liability of excess loss insurer. An insurer who provides excess loss insurance under ORS 750.309 to a multiple employer welfare arrangement that is offering or providing health benefits in this state without a certificate of multiple employer welfare arrangement or to employers or employees participating in such a multiple employer welfare arrangement shall be liable for any unpaid claims of the multiple employer welfare arrangement.
