Exemption of group practice maintenance organizations from reimbursement requirement for services provided by state hospital or state-approved program. ORS 743A.010 does not apply to group practice maintenance organizations that are federally qualified pursuant to Title XIII of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 300e et seq.).
