Statute Text
Judgment by default after service of process under ORS 746.320. Until the expiration of 30 days from the date of filing an affidavit of compliance under ORS 746.320, no plaintiff or complainant shall be entitled to a judgment by default in any action in which service of process is made in the manner provided in such section. [Formerly 736.254]
