or both. For each industry designation that the director recognizes and
for the extent of the exemption to be given, the director shall consider the
content, quality and scope of the educational program required for the
designation as well as other factors determined by the director to be relevant.
(5) An individual
is not required to complete prelicensing education or the examination required
in ORS 744.058 or 744.064 for the following licenses:
(a) A license
authorizing the individual to transact a type of limited class insurance,
except as the director otherwise provides by rule.
(b) A license
