Required provisions for blanket health insurance policies. A blanket health insurance policy shall contain provisions which in the opinion of the Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services are not less favorable to the policyholder and the individual insureds than the provisions described in ORS 743.411, 743.423, 743.426, 743.429, 743.432, 743.438 and 743.441.
