Statute Text
Leased
workers; offering group health insurance.
(1) A leasing company may offer group health
insurance to its leased workers. If the leasing company does not offer group
health insurance to its leased workers, the client employer may offer group
health insurance to the leased workers.
(2) If a leasing
company offers group health insurance to its leased workers, the leasing
company shall offer group health insurance to all its leased workers in the
same manner. [Formerly 743.533]

743.521.
(1)(a) A professional employer
organization may offer group health insurance to its clients covered
employees.
(b) If the
professional employer organization does not offer group health insurance to its
clients covered employees, the client employer may offer group health
insurance to the covered employees.
(2) If a
professional employer organization offers group health insurance to any of its
clients covered employees, the professional employer organization shall offer
group health insurance to all its clients covered employees in the same
manner.
