Statute Text
Status of remuneration to creditor. Notwithstanding the provisions of any other law of this state which may expressly or by construction provide otherwise, any commission or service fee or other benefit or return to any creditor arising out of the sale or provision of credit life and credit health insurance shall not be deemed interest or charges in connection with loans or credit transactions.
