Statute Text
Required provisions in group life insurance policies. (1) Except as provided in subsection (2) of this section a group life insurance policy shall contain in substance the provisions described in ORS 743.309 to 743.342. (2) The provisions described in ORS 743.327 to 743.339 shall not apply to policies of group credit life insurance. [1967 c.359 §413]
