Approval of certain policy forms containing specified provisions; conditions for approval. A policy form meeting the requirements of ORS 743.106 shall not be disapproved because of other provisions of the Insurance Code that specify the content of policies, if the policy form provides the policyholders and claimants protection not less favorable than they would be entitled to under such provisions.
