Statute Text
Rate filing to include statement of administrative expenses; rules. An insurer licensed by the Department of Consumer and Business Services shall include in any rate filing under ORS 743.018 with respect to individual and small employer health benefit plans, as defined in ORS 743B.005, a statement of administrative expenses in the form and manner prescribed by the department by rule. The statement must include, but is not limited to: (1) A statement of administrative expenses on a per member per month basis; and (2) An explanation of the basis for any proposed premium rate increases or decreases.
