Statute Text
Certification of completion of course.
Any organization offering a motor vehicle accident prevention course approved
by the Department of Transportation shall issue a certificate to each person
who successfully completes the course. The person shall present the certificate
to an insurer to qualify for the premium discount required under ORS 742.490
