Statute Text
Mutual
fire insurers; withdrawal of members.
Any member of a mutual fire insurer may withdraw at any time by surrendering
the members policy to the insurer, giving written notice to the secretary of
intention to withdraw and paying the members share of all losses which have
accrued and all assessments then due, accrued or pending. [Formerly 744.450 and
