Statute Text
State-administered technology platform.
The Oregon Health Authority shall procure and
administer an information technology platform or service, separate from the
federal platform, to provide electronic access to the health insurance exchange
in this state on and after November 1, 2026. [2023 c.585 §2]

741.012.
The Oregon Health Authority shall
