Statute Text
Director authorized to enter into interstate compact for premium tax allocation. For purposes of carrying out the Nonadmitted and Reinsurance Reform Act of 2010 (P.L. 111-203, Title V, Subtitle B), after receiving express legislative approval, the Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services is authorized to enter into a compact or to otherwise establish procedures with other states to allocate among the states the premium taxes paid to an insured’s home state.
