Statute Text
Cost
of living adjustment to net worth, revenues and expenses of exempt commercial
purchasers.
Beginning on January 1, 2015, and each fifth January 1 occurring thereafter,
the amounts in ORS 735.405 (6)(c)(A), (B) and (D) shall be adjusted to reflect
the percentage change for such five-year period in the Consumer Price Index for
All Urban Consumers, West Region (All Items), as published by the Bureau of
Labor Statistics of the United States Department of Labor. [2011 c.660 §7; 2019
