Statute Text
Membership in joint underwriting association.
The joint underwriting association established under
ORS 735.220 shall be comprised of all insurers authorized to write and who are
writing commercial liability insurance within this state on a direct basis,
including the commercial liability portions of multiperil policies. Every such
insurer shall remain a member of the association as a condition of its
authority to continue to transact insurance in this state. [1987 c.774 §78]
