Statute Text
Application of captive reinsurer for certificate of authority.
If permitted by its articles of
incorporation or charter, and in accordance with ORS 735.158 and 735.190, a
captive reinsurer may apply to the Director of the Department of Consumer and
Business Services for a certificate of authority to transact reinsurance. [2012
c.84 §21]
