Branch
captive insurer as pure captive insurer; rules.
Except as otherwise provided in
ORS 735.150 to 735.190, a branch captive insurer must be a pure captive insurer
with respect to business operations in this state, unless otherwise permitted
by rule of the Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services. [2012
c.84 §17]
