Statute Text
Exemption of association from fees and taxes.
Except for taxes levied on real or personal property,
the Oregon FAIR Plan Association shall be exempt from the payment of all fees
and taxes levied by this state or by any city, county, district or other
political subdivision of this state. [1971 c.321 §13]
