Statute Text
Immunity from legal action. There shall be no liability on the part of, and no cause of action of any nature shall arise against, any member insurer or its agents or employees, the Oregon Life and Health Insurance Guaranty Association or its agents or employees, members of the board of directors, or the Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services or the representatives of the director, for any action taken by them in the performance of their powers and duties under ORS 734.750 to 734.890. The immunity provided under this section shall extend to the participation in any organization of one or more other state associations of similar purposes and to any such organization and its agents or employees.
