Statute Text
Exemption of association from payment of fees and taxes.
Except for taxes levied on real or
personal property, the Oregon Insurance Guaranty Association shall be exempt
from the payment of all fees and taxes levied by this state or by any city,
county, district or other political subdivision of this state. [1971 c.616 §19]
