Statute Text
Regulation of association as insurer.
The Oregon Insurance Guaranty Association is subject to regulation by the
Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services in the same manner
as an insurer. Not later than March 30 of each year, the board shall submit to
the director, in a form approved by the director, a financial report for the
preceding year. [1971 c.616 §18]
