Statute Text
Offsets.
No
offsets shall be allowed in cases of mutual debts or mutual credits between the
insurer and another person in connection with any domestic delinquency
proceeding under this chapter, except for cases of policy loans and cases of
reinsurance and except for insurance producers balances, excluding unearned
