Investments authorized by prior law; date of eligibility of investment.
(1) An investment which was legal
and proper immediately before June 8, 1967, shall be considered a proper
investment and shall be subject to extension or renewal.
(2) Eligibility
of an investment shall be determined as of the date of its acquisition. [Formerly
