Data
submission in accordance with valuation manual.
An insurer shall submit mortality,
morbidity, policyholder behavior or expense experience and other data to the
appropriate entity as prescribed in the valuation manual. As used in this
section, policyholder behavior means any action that a policyholder, a
contract holder or any other person with the right to elect options, such as a
certificate holder, may take under a policy or contract that is subject to ORS
