Statute Text
Accounts and records.
An insurer shall keep its books, records, accounts and transaction source data
in such manner that the Director of the Department of Consumer and Business
Services may readily verify its statements of financial condition and ascertain
whether the insurer is unimpaired, has given proper treatment to policyholders
and has complied with the Insurance Code. [Formerly 738.430]
