State
member of Interstate Insurance Product Regulation Commission.
The Director of the Department of
Consumer and Business Services or a designee of the director shall serve as
this states member of the Interstate Insurance Product Regulation Commission
established under the Interstate Insurance Product Regulation Compact set forth
in ORS 732.820. [2011 c.520 §3]
