Statute Text
Intent of ORS 732.600 to 732.630. ORS 732.600 to 732.630 are intended to enable a domestic mutual insurer, to the extent consistent with the interests of its members and the insurance buying public, to: (1) Adopt any other type of organizational structure, including a stock insurer, stock holding company or mutual holding company, that enhances its financial strength and flexibility; and (2) Support long-term growth through creative internal strategies, mergers and acquisitions.
