Registration for affiliated insurers. The Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services may allow an authorized insurer that is part of an insurance holding company system to register on behalf of an affiliated insurer that is required to register under ORS 732.551 and to file all information and material required to be filed under the registration requirements of ORS 732.517 to 732.596.
